Brendan Howlin (Irish: Breandán Ó Húilín; born 9 May 1956) is an Irish Labour Party politician.[1] He was elected as a Labour Party Teachta Dála (TD) for Wexford in 1987 and has held his seat ever since. He has previously served as Minister for Health (1993–1994) and Minister for the Environment (1994–1997). He is currently the Labour Party Spokesperson for Justice.
